Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within five business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note: Some products may require additional processing time.

  • International Shipping: 7–40 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates & Carrier

  • We offer flat-rate, free, or calculated shipping for domestic orders.
  • International shipping rates are based on destination and package weight.
  • We ship using trusted carriers including Evri, Royal Mail Tracked, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, and more.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide! However, customs laws and fees vary from country to country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we can resend it at the buyer’s expense.

EU Customers
Orders may be subject to local VAT and customs fees upon arrival. These are standard government charges and not additional store fees.
We ensure smooth dispatch and premium packaging for all EU deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check with your neighbours or local post office before contacting us.
  • You can track your package using our tracking system on our website 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • For damaged packages, please contact the courier immediately, then notify us.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to help.

  • Flat-rate shipping applies per item (up to 2kg).
  • Standard Delivery: £3.49 — 2–15 business days (UK & Europe)
  • Fast Delivery: £7.86 — 2–7 business days (UK & Europe)
  • Express Delivery: £12.99 — 1–3 business days (UK & Europe)
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched within 48 hours
  • Delivery cost varies based on:
    • Chosen service
    • Item location
    • Shipping destination
  • Delivery options will be shown at checkout.
  • Some orders may require a signature on delivery, depending on the service selected.
  • By default, Standard Delivery is applied at checkout, but other options are available.

Bulk Orders
